These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvoiceSnap ("the Service"), operated by Frequency AI Ltd, trading as Cashew Crate ("we", "us", "our").

1. Service Description

InvoiceSnap is a browser-based invoice generator. All processing happens entirely in your web browser. We do not receive, store, or process the content of your invoices.

2. Free and Paid Tiers

The free tier allows 1 invoice per day. Pro subscriptions ($5/month) and Crate Pass subscriptions ($15/month) remove usage limits and advertisements. Subscriptions are managed through Polar and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Refunds

Email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legal compliance of invoices generated using the Service. Invoice requirements vary by jurisdiction — you are responsible for ensuring your invoices meet local regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to invoices you create. We do not claim any ownership of your content. The InvoiceSnap name, logo, and design are property of Frequency AI Ltd.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
