TL;DR: Your data never leaves your browser. We cannot see your invoices, business details, or client information.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
InvoiceSnap processes everything in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your business information (name, address, contact details)
- Your client information
- Invoice contents (line items, amounts, totals)
- Uploaded logos or images
- Generated PDF files
2. Local Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to save your business profile and preferences for convenience. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
3. Cookies
We use a cookie consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2) for UK/EU users. If you accept cookies, Google AdSense may set cookies for ad personalization. If you reject cookies, no tracking cookies are set.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google AdSense: Displays advertisements for free users (with consent). Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Polar: Processes payments for Pro subscriptions. Subject to Polar's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: Hosts and serves the static website. Standard web server logs may be collected by Cloudflare.
5. Authentication
If you choose to upgrade to Pro, authentication is handled by our shared auth service. We store only the minimum information needed to manage your subscription (email address and subscription status).
6. Your Rights
Since we don't collect your invoice data, there is nothing to request deletion of. For questions about subscription data, contact us at support@cashewcrate.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
